Good Morning all :-)
Happy Tuesday!!!
Apologies I have been away a little longer than planned - Last week proved a chaotic one to say the least. Lots of hospitals appts and errands, crafty days away, unplanned overnight in hospital.....and then the weekend arrived and I shuffled off to Ally Pally!!
What a fabulous weekend it was - a chance to catch up with old friends and make lots and lots of new ones!!
Among the lovely people I got to meet were Mark and Helen from Visible Image. An exciting stamp company from my Welsh homeland......Well I got a little bit carried away......
...I love the simplicity of these stamps......makes them UBER versatile :-)
So I grabbed a spare 15 mins this evening and had a quick play....
The background above was created with a simple watercolour wash (another fab new portable paint set I purchased around the corner from my hotel in London!) and I adore this sentiment - it's going to get a lot of use I think!! Below the butterflies have been embossed and water-coloured ....
What I learned doing these quick cards was that not thinking (well not over thinking!!!) really does free your creativity
I will be making up for last weeks absence with several posts from my AP stash this week and a couple of extras thrown in......
Thanks for stopping by -I hope you like today's offering!
Crafty cheers for now
Love
Rae
